Mrs Studnicka-Perkin


Mrs Studnicka-Perkin graduated from the medical school in Poland and progressed through Core Surgical Training and Specialist Training in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in Mersey Deanery achieving Klennerman’s golden medal for outstanding achievements during the process.

After completing the final Orthopaedic Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons and European Board of Orthopaedic Surgery exams, she completed additional degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine qualifying her to work with the Olympic Teams.

Mrs Studnicka-Perkin finished the world-renowned specialist Upper Limb Fellowship at Wrightington Hospital in 2023 and is currently practicing as a substantive Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery Consultant in North Wales.

Her surgical practice include treating hand and wrist injuries and chronic conditions including nerve disorders (carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar nerve disorders), trigger finger, Dupuytren’s disease (needle fasciotomy, segmental/full fasciectomies including skin grafts) and degenerative conditions (injections, joints replacements and fusions).

In addition, she engages with medico-legal aspect of work by providing approx. 80 expert witness reports per year.

Currently apart from enjoying spending time with her young family, Mrs Studnicka-Perkin enjoys exploring the beauty of North Wales. Her favourite sports include mountain biking, trail running, skiing and strength training.

Mr. Soler Fernandez


Mr. Soler Fernandez graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Salamanca, Spain. He completed his Basic Surgical Training in Kent and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England after he passed the MRCS(Eng.) exam. He continued to further his career by undertaking research at University College London Hospital in hip and knee conditions which resulted in various publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and podium presentations at national and international meetings.

He undertook specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in London and after completing the FRCS (Tr& Orth) exam he completed a Fellowship in Hip and Knee Primary and Revision Arthroplasty at the prestigious Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, part of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Upon entering the Specialist Register as a Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mr. Soler Fernandez took up locum consultants positions at Lister Hospital in Stevenage and Bury General Hospital & Manchester General Hospital, part of the Manchester Northern Care Alliance.

Currently he is a substantive Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in the NHS at Gwynedd Hospital in North Wales specialising in hip and knee surgery and his private consulting rooms are located in Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Wirral.

He is a certified ZimmerBiomet ROSA™ Robot surgeon.

Mr. Soler Fernandez is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association, and a member of the Personalized Arthroplasty Society.
