I have been attending the practice since June 2024. When I began my weight loss journey with Dr Carmen, I was considerably overweight and struggling to carry out basic tasks, such as tying shoelaces and walking any distance.

My BMI was around 48-49 at the beginning, through medication and guidance from Dr Carmen I have now lost 7.5 stone and my BMI has reduced to 34. The medication is a small part of the treatment in my opinion but does give you focus to change your attitude and lifestyle.

Dr Carmen was always there at the end of the phone with encouragement and guidance at all times.

I can honestly say I have got my Life back, and I feel 10 years younger. Simple things now are going for walks with the family and being able to buy clothes off the peg.
