General Enquiries

Bookings can be made via our website or by calling us. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

It is not essential to have a referral letter but this may be useful to provide additional information.  A list of current medication is always helpful.

Full payment is required at the time of booking via our website. This secures your appointment and helps us provide the best service to all of our patients.

All appointments and procedures booked directly via the clinic will be confirmed by email and the patient will receive an online invoice by email at the time of booking, so a valid email address is required. The invoice can be paid securely by entering your card details via the payment link provided. We also accept card and cash payments at the time of your appointment.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. We will make every effort to offer an alternative date where availability allows.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (DNA), will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This applies unless there are exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

We provide an emailed summary letter following every consultation.  You are able to print the letter for your GP or forward them the email.

Once you begin treatment privately, it is expected that your care will continue on a private basis. Some NHS providers may allow a transfer back to NHS care; however, this is at their discretion and cannot be guaranteed. Patients should not assume that NHS services will accept responsibility for ongoing investigations, treatment, or follow-up that was initiated privately.

We recommend considering this carefully before starting private treatment and discussing any concerns with your clinician in advance.

You may be able to ask further questions but any complex issues will require another consultation.  This will depend on the clinician.

You can contact the clinic by phone, email or WhatsApp.. Details can be found on our Contact page.
