Mr Christopher David Jones
Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon
Background & Training
Mr Christopher David Jones is a Consultant Head and Neck Plastic Surgeon at Whiston Hospital in Liverpool, with additional commitments at Bangor Hospital in North Wales. He also practices as an Aesthetic Surgeon at Manchester Plastic Surgery in Altrincham and leads the Cosmetic Surgery service at Pennant Private Medical Clinic.

Following graduation, Chris returned to Merseyside to complete his junior doctor training before undertaking Core Surgical Training in Glasgow. During this time, he trained at the renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit, which solidified his passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery.
He then secured a place on a highly competitive six-year national training programme in Plastic Surgery, rotating through major tertiary centres in Scotland and Liverpool. This culminated in the award of the FRCS (Plast), making him a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2022.
Chris further refined his surgical expertise during the prestigious Newcastle Microsurgical Fellowship, training in advanced techniques in microsurgery, facial reanimation, head and neck surgery, sarcoma surgery, and aesthetic procedures.
Aesthetic Surgery
Chris is a highly trained specialist in facial aesthetic and breast surgery, with advanced experience gained under the mentorship of some of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgeons. He completed a prestigious Cosmetic Fellowship in Manchester and Liverpool, focusing on:
- Facial rejuvenation surgery (face and neck lift)
- Upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)
- Lipomodelling (fat transfer)
- Rhinoplasty (nasal reshaping)
- Aesthetic breast surgery
Chris’s advanced training has not only sharpened his technical skills but also shaped his thoughtful, artistic approach to aesthetic surgery. He emphasises subtle, balanced improvements that restore confidence while preserving natural features and individuality.
He takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to each individual. With honest, supportive guidance, he creates personalised treatment plans that deliver results which feel natural, authentic, and aligned with personal goals.
Chris believes aesthetic surgery is about restoring balance, not striving for perfection. The best results, he feels, are those that help you feel like the best version of yourself.
“Aesthetic surgery is about harmony, not perfection. My goal is to help you look refreshed, feel confident, and still look like you.”
